My Story
I met and decided to follow Jesus when I was 28, after spending years looking for fulfillment in places that ultimately left me feeling empty. When I began following Jesus, my life changed in ways I never expected. A close childhood friend began discipling me, teaching me how to pray, study and memorize Scripture, and—most importantly—helping me learn what it actually looked like to follow Jesus in everyday life. Within my first year of following Christ, I came to Matthew 28:18–20 and realized that the invitation I had received wasn't meant to stop with me. I was called to make disciples too. So I began investing in young women in Milwaukee, simply sharing with them what I was learning.
That experience has shaped the way I approach ministry today. I believe young adults are hungry for something deeper, and that some of the most meaningful opportunities to share Jesus happen in the middle of ordinary life—in our workplaces, friendships, homes, coffee shops, and neighborhoods. My hope is to walk alongside young adults as they discover what it means to follow Jesus and then equip them to help others do the same. I've seen how one person investing deeply in another can create a ripple effect that reaches far beyond the original relationship, and I'm excited to continue building a community of young adults in Milwaukee who are learning to live out their faith and make disciples wherever God has placed them.
"Though I am free and belong to no one, I have made myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible." — 1 Corinthians 9:19
My prayer is simple: that more young adults would encounter Jesus, that those who already know Him would become confident disciplemakers, and that together we would see disciples making disciples throughout Milwaukee and beyond.
