From the past 8 years ministering in the collegiate realm, Rich and Lindsey have decided to bridge their passion and desire for the impoverished community of Walnut Hills with The Navigator Ministry at the University of Cincinnati. Their time is spent meeting one on one with college students, leading rehabilitation project days on The Navigator homes, establishing tutors for the needs of the children in the community, and being Jesus in the flesh for those in Walnut Hills.

Rich and Lindsey met The Navigators as students at the University of Cincinnati. During his first three years of college, Rich volunteered as a youth pastor at Northern Hills United Methodist Church, and participated in The Navigators socially. His senior year, he left his volunteer position and invested his time in the vision and mission of UC's Navigators.

Lindsey came into contact with The Navigators during the fall of her sophomore year. Persuaded by a high school friend, she went to a large group meeting. Her heart was moved by the stories, and she was influenced by the people to change her lifestyle and run after Jesus.

God has set the vision and mission of The Navigators in the hearts of Rich and Lindsey as they have poured out their lives to the students at both The University of Cincinnati and The Ohio State University. They have spent their time building up the Kingdom of God through one–on–one discipling and small group Bible Study."
