Roger and Lynn have served with The Navigators since 1988 and love equipping young staff and students to be fruitful wherever God leads them.

Currently Roger trains and develops young staff serving with Eagle Lake Camps, helping 30 full-time staff and over 300 summer staff share the gospel of Christ with kids around the country. He also serves as an International Funding Coach, encouraging staff in East Africa to fully fund their ministry.

The Hamiltons have been married since 1988 and have four children: Ryan, Tori, Andrew and Michael.
