Isaac and Caitlin Haight

Isaac joined the Navigators staff in the fall of 2022 and Caitlin joined him the summer 2023. Isaac serves as the Campus Director for the Navigators at Belmont University in Nashville Tennessee and together he and Caitlin lead the growing ministry there. The Haights consider it a privilege that they get to join in the work that God is already doing at Belmont. They love the students there and have a desire for them to know God and build strong, individual relationships with Him. In a world and culture that is waging war for young people's attention and telling them it's their responsibility to create their own identity, Isaac and Caitlin want to see the students at Belmont discover their identity in Christ, learn more about how God created and loves them, and ultimately embrace the finished redemptive work of Jesus.

At the unique place and time these college students find themselves in, The Belmont Navigators have the opportunity to step in to students' lives and meet them where they are at as a believer or a skeptic. Together, they build community, strengthen friendships, read the Bible, pray and have fun - all for the ultimate goal of knowing Christ, making Him known, and helping others do the same.
