Callie and Christian first met the Navigators as students at the University of South Florida, where they experienced first-hand the impact of walking through their college years with people around them to point them to Christ and His Word. Through things like small-group Bible studies and life-to-life discipleship, their roles as Navigators staff are to come alongside college students to teach them to know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same.

Callie and Christian are passionate about seeing God's kingdom lived-out in different cultures throughout the world and helping people understand the beauty of being part of God’s story. Their heart is to play a role in fulfilling the vision given in Revelation 7:9, to see "a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb."
