Hi, we’re the Fletchers! We are currently training with the Navigators International Student Ministry team, as we aim to start our work at the University of the West Indies located in Kingston, Jamaica. A few years ago, God shared His heart with us, concerning the youth of the Caribbean and called us to participate in building His Kingdom. We have been assured of His direction through various confirmations from His Word, dreams, visions, friends, and even strangers. We made the decision to leave the United States Navy as He pulled our hearts to follow His plan. Moving to Jamaica is the next phase, and we’re excited to go! We see a coming revival in the Caribbean region and He’s called us to disciple this next generation, the fruit of this revival. God wants us to raise people who know Him, know themselves, and can wholeheartedly give themselves to being His gospel, having full confidence in Him to carry out His vision for each of their lives.
