Ken and Karol have a passion to reach the nations through spiritual generations of disciples who multiply themselves in the lives of others.  Karol seeks to disciple women in Colorado Springs and beyond.  She also serves as an Executive Assistant to the International Student Ministries directors, freeing them to focus on ministry. Ken lives out this passion by leading the Navigators' Business-AS-Mission work.  His days are full of connecting, developing, and resourcing enterprising disciples of Christ to build missional enterprises that make money, make disciples, and make a difference both in America and around the world.
