My husband, Marc Leis, and I have been working in Shizuoka, Japan with Japanese College Students together since 1994, and then with Japanese Elementary school, Jr. High school and High school students since 2004. For the past 13 years we have been reaching out to Japanese young people through English classes, Cooking Classes, and Friends Club to share Jesus Christ and His Love for them. I have also worked with mothers of these kids and local housewives through Aerobics classes, Women's meetings, and Bible Studies to share Jesus with them. We estimate we have shared the Gospel with over 300 kids and their families over the last 13 years.

As we return to Japan in November 2018, we will be working together to lead these (now) young-adults to Christ and then follow them into their families to share Christ with their families and friends and establish cell-churches among their families. We will also be helping our local church plant a new church in Shizuoka.

For me, God is also calling me to support Pastors' wives, Missionary wives, and other Single Women in Ministry. I will be using about 1/3 of my time to travel and encourage these women. Your support and prayers are greatly appreciated to continue serving in Japan.
