Bryan and Erin Thigpen are Tucson natives who live, work, and minister in their hometown. They have three sons—Logan, Landon, and Levi—and serve students and alumni at the University of Arizona, while also coordinating global missions for their region.
Their ministry journey began in 2006 with The Navigators at Eagle Lake Camps and The Glen Eyrie Conference Center in Colorado Springs. In 2011, they moved to Christchurch, New Zealand, serving as campus leaders with the NZ Navigators at the University of Canterbury. They returned to the U.S. in 2015 to continue collegiate ministry at UC Riverside until 2018.
Now back in Tucson, they focus on mentoring university students and recent graduates, helping them grow in faith and equipping them to share the message of Jesus Christ. With over 53,000 students, the University of Arizona is seen as a vital mission field for developing lifelong laborers for God's Kingdom.
Their mission is guided by 2 Timothy 2:2, And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.
