Both our hearts were captured by the vision of disciplemaking in college as our lives were transformed from learning to have a relationship with Jesus through being discipled. Over the past two decades, we have seen generations of lives transformed by the gospel on the college campus and beyond - families, communities, overseas - as those we led and discipled captured the vision for what God could do through their lives.
RJ is serving as an Associate Divisional Director for the Disciplemakers For Life mission of The Navigators. He is helping bring alignment to the work of mobilizing and empowering disciplemakers among everyday people, from those in under-resourced communities, to churches, to young adults, to neighborhood ministries, and beyond.
Alice is serving as the Director of Leader Development, bringing focus and alignment to equipping all levels of leaders in The Navigators to lead their people - from themselves, to local and regional teams, nationally, or organizationally - more effectively towards our Navigator calling. When leaders get better, everything gets better. Our collegiate to military works, churches, overseas and urban communities, everyday men and women next door to everywhere are better equipped for the calling and empowered by the Spirit to do God's impossible work of reaching the ends of the earth.
