Kelley McCutchen

Kelley came to Christ in 1980 as a freshman in college and completed her education at Fresno State University in California.

In 1990 Kelley joined staff with The Navigators to "Know Christ and make Him known" among military personnel and nationals in Zweibruecken, Germany. In 2001 she joined the German Navigator staff team to lead a campus ministry in Bonn, where she invested Life-on-Life in students and women for ten years.

Since 2012 Kelley has been a part of Train Develop Care providing “help, hope and healing” to Navigator staff around the world. Missionaries are often unable to sustain the rigors of front line ministry without care and support. Kelley provides that support primarily through interviewing staff and bringing care and development on the front end of their ministry lives, and also meeting one to one with both young and experienced staff to help with emotional or spiritual issues. As a result staff become healthier and able to continue as vital workers for God's harvest.
