During Cassie's time as a student at Northwest Missouri State University, the Lord placed 2 loving and godly women in her life who genuinely loved her and also loved Jesus in a way she had never seen before. These women led her to The Navigators, which then led her to fully understand God's unfailing love for her and the sacrifice of His Son for her sins. Soon after, she entered into a discipleship relationship with one of these women. She was taught how to read and study the Bible, and what it looked like to live for and depend on Christ.

The Navigators has helped her grow in her personal relationship with the Lord and her passion to help others know Christ and to make Him known, teaching them to be Christ's followers as they study and apply God's Word to guide their lives. Hopefully, leading them to also see the vision and the importance of spiritual generations and pass on what they have learned to others. Cassie is so excited to be able to make Christ known at Northwest while serving the Lord in The Navigators EDGE Corps ministry!
