Mitch and Jaylene Williamson

Mitch and Jaylene Williamson joined The Navigators staff in 2004. They love helping university students know Jesus and become disciple-makers. Mitch became a Christian his Freshman year of college (at TOSU) by the combination of reading the Bible with a Navigator and watching his close friend live out faith in Jesus. Jaylene was raised in a Christian home with the orientation of loving God and helping others.

Mitch & Jaylene met during Jaylene’s last semester of college at West Texas A&M, which was Mitch’s first year of EDGE Corps at the same location. Both wanted the full package of what being a Navigator staff person entailed: personal development, training in God's Word, and opportunities to serve college students. They became the campus directors of The Navigators at WTAMU from 2009-2018.


In 2018, they joined the Oklahoma State Navigators as Staff Trainers in order to help new staff establish a Biblical foundation to know Christ, to make Him known, and to help others do the same. In 2021, they added Regional Trainer Coach to their resume. As RTCs, they get to shepherd other Staff Trainers and influence even more staff with the vision, passion, and skill to know Jesus for a lifetime and help others do the same.

They have been married since 2007 and have three children: Joshua (May 2011), Rebekah (April 2013), and Ezra (July 2016).
