Our desire is to empower and resource missional enterprise leaders to launch and sustain fruitful Triple Bottom Line (TBL) enterprises that advance the gospel and multiply disciples in their respective regions.

TBL enterprises provide access, credibility, and sustainability for Navigator laborers and blessing to the communities where they operate, most notably, those hardest to reach with the gospel.  Each enterprise is centered around Kingdom values and characterized by the TBL defined as Financial Sustainability, Social Impact, and Spiritual Transformation.  Each component is informed and guided by Kingdom values being worked out through deep engagement with the Scriptures and dependence on the Holy Spirit.

Currently, there are over 400 enterprises, operating as small business to multi-million USD companies, around the world ministering in this context.  Individually these enterprises have impact among their employees (and families), vendors, customers, and various relationships that result by virtue of the enterprise's presence.  As multiple enterprises form in a single location, it is can be the birthplace of gospel movements and broad Kingdom impact within society.
