Bill and Nancy have been on staff with The Navigators since 1985.

Their work with The Navigators has included:

  • Military ministries at Fort Myer, Oceana Naval Air Station, and the United States Air Force Academy

  • The Leadership Development Institute (LDI) at Glen Eyrie

  • Computer Services at National Headquarters

  • Campus ministries at The University of Colorado-Colorado Springs and the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

  • Upper Mid-West Regional Director (WI/MN/ND/SD) for college ministries

  • Northern Division Director (IN/IL&MI/OH/KY) for college ministries

  • Noblemen Ministries - transforming men through Noblemen High (High School), Noblemen (College), and Noblemen Life (in communities and churches around the country.

Bill's current role as a life-to-life disciplemaker includes building into the lives of Navigator College staff and students, shaping disciplemaking materials for various ministries, and reaching out to neighbors with the gospel.

The Tetens have six fantastic children and twelve incredible grandchildren.
