Steph and Mike Edsall have been with The Navigators since 1971, on staff since 1981, laboring predominately among students on university campuses across the US.
Recent decades have found them extending their activities to Europe and beyond, leading multiple teams of Nav students on short-term summer missions to Italy, Ghana, and Slovakia, where they eventually moved in 2016.
In addition, Stephanie is on part-time loan to Lifesprings Int., having brought Navigator values and training to Schools of Ministry in Zurich and Geneva. She continues on various teams and boards while applying and teaching her skills and training in conflict transformation throughout that work.
Now based in Beverly, Massachusetts, the Edsall's are still part of the European Navigator community, supervising and resourcing laborers there via conference calls and personal visits. They continue to recruit for and promote cross-cultural and international ministry.
Stateside, both are part of the greater Boston City-wide Executive Team, lead and promote world-wide Navigator Disciple Maker Learning Communities , and reach out and disciple people where they live.
