Paul and Cheryl Krueger

Paul and Cheryl Meredith Krueger. Cheryl started with the Navs in 1984 ministering on college campuses. They met while serving in Russia, 28 years ago and continued to serve with the Navs in local, national and global leadership capacities.

Paul's focus:

  • since 1993 is pioneering new ministries with people that prefer not to learn by reading, which is over 52 percent of USA cities and two thirds of the world.
  • Working with marginalized people groups in prison continues to maximizes his cross cultural ministry experience and gifting.

Cheryl's focus:

  • Serves on the National Workplace Leadership Team and the Canadian National Leadership Team
  • Representing Navigators with Movement.org and NXT Move Advisory Team
  • Local Neighborhood and Church Ministry and Coaching National Leaders


Personally: Paul's four grown children and eleven grandkids welcomed Cheryl into the family after his first wife and their mother went to heaven. Areas of combined strength include discipleship, reaching other cultures, innovation in ministry, and developing partnerships.
