Mentoring, Multiplying, and Mobilizing Millennials in the Alamo City

Many people get out of college or the military with a hunger to be an effective worker in God's Kingdom, making a difference in the lives of people and having a redeeming impact on the environment. However, they find the Christian life harder to live than when they were in college or the military. Demands of the "9-to-5" life, which seems to be more like the "7-to-7" life, make long-held priorities feel unmanageable. Nav20s San Antonio seeks to help Millennials enter the workforce successfully, while maintaining the spiritual excitement experienced in college life. Mentoring meetings help Millennials adjust their values, principles, and life disciplines to work within the work world, which looks and functions quite differently than in the college and military world. Through a growing network of work and recreational contacts, Nav20s partners begin to interface with other Millennials, offering them the same help they receive from their mentoring experiences. This results in Millennials Multiplying themselves through the lives of others. As Millennials in the nature flow of work life move from job to job, and to other cities, they begin Mobilizing themselves in a way that begins to make their dream of making a difference in the lives of people and having a redeeming impact on the environment an attainable reality.
